Your last comment sounds a bit dictatorial. Don’t know who you are attempting to emulate.

Do you agree that only circa 25% of the Soviet Union was in Europe?

If so, 75% was NOT part of Europe.

When you write “The Soviet Union was part of Europe”, the implication is that the whole of the Soviet union was part of Europe. In fact only 25% was.
