Of course not! so why on earth would anyone be idiot enough to condemn a resolution trying to bring a bit of sanity to this world of ours (Africa). I think the South African public is far too accepting of the shenanigans of our government officials.Come on mothers! these little girls could be your daughters! Why are these officials not held accountable? Once again it seems that our hierarchy appears to think that rape is not such a terrible crime. What's worse is that I have not heard one word of condemnation from a single ANC (member) mother?????????? Maybe, in spite of Mr Mbeki's protestations, we are living in a banana republic. Surely that can be the only explanation. What makes it worse is that so often the explanations for their ludicrous behaviour are even worse than the deed.
