Somewhat how they handled Santhi Soundarajan’s case:

Or was SA too busy screaming racism and lying to get a medal to wonder why the IAAF has such strange rules about sex testing?

Because it apparently didn’t occur to SA that the IAAF has about forty years worth of experience with unusual genetic findings and working out whether they give an athlete an unfair advantage or not. Which is why some intersex athlete’s can compete in women’s races and some cant.

PS. When was Malema and your Sports Minister (let alone the team doctor, head coach et al) planning on resigning? Or dont you think their behaviour is enough to warrent dismissal. Due to stupidity and insensitivity to Semenya’s condition and privacy?

It is obvious to a fool that she should not have competed in Berlin

It should never have needed to be handled! If ASA had done their job correctly none of this would have happened.
How the perpetrators who destroyed this girls life can sleep at night and still continue lying is beyond belief.

I sincerely hope that someone can get Caster out of the clutches of ASA and the ANC bottom-feeders who jumped on the political bandwagon at the first opportunity. Only she knows in her heart who she is and she needs sympathic professional help to be who she wants to be not who everybody thinks she should be. Chuene is another fine example of an incompetant BEE appointee whose bluster would normally have gotten him of the hook but he has embarrassed the entire country on the international stage. He should be “eliminated” a la Malema.

As others have said or implied …it had been obvious that there was something very very wrong with Caster for years …at least TWO provinces put in official complaints to Limpopo Athletics.

It should have been knocked on the head at an early stage.

I think all the people involved in this charade in ASA should resign. How do they explain how they test someone and not give her the full details of what they are testing let alone counsel her accordingly. That whole circus should resign.

      Medically:

If the doctor did test her and not tell her what he wast testing for he can be barred from practising permenantly.

For obtaining consent to treat by deception of a patient. Or performing procedures and treating without consent after consent was given for a DIFFERENT procedure the doctor didn’t carry out.

Any time you’d like to ask the Medical Council of SA, or whatever it calls itself, to investigate, feel free.
