I can admire the man’s work but where does one draw the line between blogging and actual journalism? Cutting, copying and pasting from overseas motoring websites into your own website without credit is known as plagiarism and is frowned upon by journalists globally.

Yeah I echo your sentiments Arthur. Am a big fan of Charl’s Zooped Up… definitely deserves the recognition. The “is blogging journalism” debate is getting very tired, mostly because people are confusing definitions. ie blogging is a culture, a type of publishing and a technical format. It’s also a loose definition too.

I’ve been working with Charl for over two years now an have seen him roll out project after project. I’ve never met a entrepreneur quite like him. Always making valuable contacts and sticking to quality like a fly to poo. Workaholic… most certainly, but how can you blame him? Take a nap and you might end up missing the train.
